Pairing Fish, shellfish, light appetizers
With a luminous straw color, it offers a fragrant profile where white flowers and notes of white peach sit alongside a light citrus accent and a subtle minerality that shapes the character of the sip. It's not emphatic: the acidity is lively but never intrusive, the palate smooth and medium-bodied, with a restrained softness that balances the freshness. The finish is pleasant, leaving echoes of white-fleshed fruit on the palate and a slightly savory final note that invites another sip. The "Superiore" designation is clearly noticeable in the greater warmth and depth of the fruit, without compromising overall elegance; the magnum format adds practical value for convivial occasions, promoting slower maturation in bottle and a more theatrical presentation when opened.

It benefits from being served lightly chilled to enhance its balance and pairs well with more flavorful fish dishes, shellfish, risottos and fresh cheeses, also making a pleasant choice as an aperitif wine for groups.
