The Lugana Massoni S. Cristina DOC by Zenato is a white wine that embodies the elegance and finesse of viticulture from the Lugana region, located on the southern shores of Lake Garda. This wine is exclusively produced from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes, meticulously harvested from the San Benedetto estate of Zenato, known for its clay-rich and limestone soils that impart unique characteristics to the wine.

With a straw-yellow color and greenish reflections, the Lugana Massoni S. Cristina DOC presents an intense and persistent bouquet to the nose. Notes of fruits such as pear, peach, and subtle hints of fresh almond blend harmoniously with light floral nuances. This olfactory complexity anticipates an equally rich and structured taste experience.

On the palate, the wine reveals a balanced and fresh profile, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its savoriness and aromatic persistence. The fruity notes are reconfirmed, accompanied by a delicate minerality that bears witness to the uniqueness of its terroir. It is a medium-bodied wine, which expresses itself best when served at a temperature of about 10-12°C.

Ideal as an aperitif, Lugana Massoni S. Cristina DOC by Zenato pairs perfectly with light starters, fish-based dishes or seafood, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for light pasta dishes and delicate risottos.

This wine not only represents the typicality and quality of Lugana, but it also reflects Zenato winery's commitment to producing wines that respect and enhance the territory of origin, ensuring an authentic and memorable taste experience.
