Hestremo Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG in magnum format reveals an enveloping and sincere profile: the color is rich and deep, while the bouquet recalls ripe dark berries, raisins and dried figs, with light hints of cocoa and sweet spices that emerge naturally. The palate is soft and warm, the sweetness melts into a weave of fresh acidity and lively sapidity that prevents heaviness; the structure is well defined and the persistence leaves long, pleasant memories, making the wine elegant rather than cloying.

The magnum format makes it suitable for convivial moments and shared desserts: try it with dry pastries, red-fleshed fruit tarts or with blue cheeses for a well-balanced contrast. Winery history

Garbole è il progetto vitivinicolo dei fratelli Ettore e Filippo Finetto. L'idea dell'azienda risulta attestata sin dal 1994 nelle fonti ufficiali; nel corso degli anni i fratelli si sono affermati come produttori indipendenti e «outsider», concentrandosi su produzioni limitate e su sperimentazioni enologiche che valorizzano varietà locali e tecniche di appassimento.

Production philosophy

Produzione artigianale improntata all'autonomia creativa: rispetto della materia prima, prevalenza del lavoro manuale e vocazione sperimentale. I fondatori si definiscono autodidatti e privilegiano l'espressione del territorio e dell'uva rispetto a logiche commerciali e di marketing.

Terroir and vineyards

Sede e vigneti si trovano nella località Garbole, Comune di Tregnago (Provincia di Verona), nella Val d'Illasi tra la zona del Soave e la Valpolicella. Vigneti situati su terreni argillosi e vulcanici di origine alluvionale, con vigneti collocati indicativamente tra i 300 e i 450 m di altitudine.
