This sparkling Malbo Gentile comes from the lush hills of Scandiano and Canossa, a region known for its rich history and particularly favorable terroir for viticulture. Casali Viticultori winery, renowned for its dedication to vine care and quality wine production, presents the "1900 Campo delle More," a specimen that celebrates local winemaking tradition with a modern touch.

The wine presents a vibrant ruby red color with violet highlights, typical of Malbo Gentile, an indigenous grape variety of this area in Emilia-Romagna. The fine and persistent bubbles caress the palate, revealing a light and lively body, ideal for accompanying festive moments or light appetizers.

On the nose, the "1900 Campo delle More" expresses an intriguing bouquet of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a subtle aftertaste of violet and sweet spices. Its sweetness is well balanced by a fresh acidity that invites another sip.

On the palate, this sweet sparkling wine surprises with its harmony and drinkability. The fruity notes mix with a delightful liveliness, making it extremely pleasant and never cloying.

This wine is ideal to serve chilled, at about 6-8°C, and pairs splendidly with fruit desserts or as a conclusion to a meal. Also, for an unusual aperitif or a toast with sweet and savory snacks, the "1900 Campo delle More" proves to be a fascinating and refined choice.
