L'azienda è attiva dal periodo indicato intorno al 2009; i vigneti sono stati messi a dimora tra il 2009 e il 2010. La cantina nasce come progetto locale volto a valorizzare le varietà e i terroir del territorio di Nimis, nell'area storica del Ramandolo.
