The Marcillac Rouge Baiser Retrouvé from Domaine Matha is an exemplary instance of how terroir and tradition can blend together to create an exceptional wine. Cultivated in the lush vineyards of Marcillac, this red wine is primarily produced with Fer Servadou grapes, an indigenous variety that imparts a distinctive and vibrant character.

The winemaking process follows traditional methods, preserving the fruit's purity and the essence of the terroir. The Rouge Baiser Retrouvé is distinguished by its deep red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of red fruits, spices, and a slight touch of minerality reflecting the rich soil composition of Marcillac.

On the palate, this wine demonstrates a beautiful structure with well-integrated tannins and a surprising freshness. The balance between acidity and fruit is remarkable, culminating in a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. Ideal for accompanying red meat dishes, medium-aged cheeses, or rustic cuisine, the Marcillac Rouge Baiser Retrouvé is a wine that promises to evolve and improve with aging. A true gem for wine enthusiasts seeking authenticity and territorial expression.
