Il Mata Rosè Metodo Classico di Villa Matilde Avallone è un vino spumante dal carattere distintivo, prodotto nella regione campana, rinomata per la sua tradizione vinicola. Questo rosato si distingue per la sua eleganza e raffinatezza, derivanti dall'accurata selezione delle uve e dal meticoloso processo di spumantizzazione secondo il metodo classico.

Alla vista, il Mata Rosè si presenta con un colore rosa tenue e brillante, accompagnato da un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, offre un bouquet delicato ma complesso in cui emergono sentori di piccoli frutti rossi, come fragoline di bosco e lamponi, arricchiti da note floreali e lievi sentori di lievito e crosta di pane, frutto del prolungato contatto con i lieviti durante la rifermentazione in bottiglia.

Winery history
The winery was founded by Francesco Paolo Avallone in the 1960s with the aim of bringing the legendary Falerno del Massico back to life. Management passed to the next generation of the family, who expanded the project by extending vineyards and production across the hills of the Massico, the Sannio and Irpinia.
Production philosophy
An approach that combines historical roots and research: quality, sustainability and respect for the land guide viticultural and winemaking choices. The focus is on expressing the terroir, avoiding standardized production and experimenting with both modern techniques and traditional aging.
