The Merlot IGT Classico Torre del Falasco from Cantina di Valpantena is born in one of the most renowned areas of Veneto, where hills rich in calcareous skeleton and the temperate climate favor the cultivation of high-quality Merlot grapes. This wine best expresses the class of the grape variety, offering an intense and enveloping bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits, plum, and a slight hint of spices.
The aging, carried out in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, preserves the freshness and primary flavors, balancing softness and structure. On the palate, it is full, harmonious, with gentle tannins and a pleasant aromatic persistence. An excellent companion for meat main courses, roasts, and moderately aged cheeses, it is an accessible yet rich in personality Merlot that faithfully reflects the terroir of Valpantena.
