The grape harvest takes place from the middle of September. After the harvest, it follows delicate pressing, followed by maceration for about 10 days. After racking, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (25 ° C) to then complete the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. The wine is then decanted and subsequently bottled and aged in the bottle for at least 3 months.
An elegant wine that stands out in the glass for its intense ruby red color, with very marked violet reflections. The nose is overwhelmed and conquered by the fruity aromas of blackberries, currants, cherries, plums and raspberries, which intersect with slight hints of undergrowth. On the palate it is full, enveloping and with balanced tannins.
A wine that from the first sip, is soft and velvety and ends in the finish with very persistent fruity hints on the palate. Excellent in combination with platters of medium-aged cheeses, first courses with not too seasoned sauces, and meat-based dishes, white and red.
