The Moscato d'Asti DOCG La Caudrina from Dogliotti is a white wine with controlled and guaranteed designation, characterized by freshness and a refined aromatic profile. It shows a light sparkle and a modest body; on the nose there are floral notes and scents of white fruit and citrus, balanced with measured sweetness and lively acidity that ensure lightness. The palate remains soft, with a clean, unobtrusive finish, suited to those looking for a pleasant and approachable wine.

It works well as an aperitif and to accompany fruit-based desserts, delicate pastries and lightly structured sweets; it is also suitable with fresh cheeses and light preparations. It is recommended to serve it well chilled, in not too large glasses, to enhance its aromatics and freshness. Suitable for informal occasions and summer tables, it keeps a restrained profile that does not overpower flavors. A convenient choice for those who want an aromatic white that offers immediate enjoyment and easy pairing.
