Pairing Sweets, desserts, fresh fruit
White flowers and muscat notes are joined by hints of peach and citrus zest. On the palate the sweetness is measured and well balanced by lively freshness and a sapidity that prevents it from becoming cloying; a slender body, a smooth mouthfeel and a persistence that returns to floral and fruity tones. It’s a wine that aims for immediate pleasure without sacrificing a certain elegance, inviting sip after sip. It is best served very cold and finds its place as an aperitif or with light desserts, fresh fruit, dry pastries and soft cheeses; it’s also a lovely choice to accompany cream desserts or fruit cakes.

Drinkability is its strong point: ideal for informal moments, short tasty breaks or for those looking for a sincere, easy-to-read aromatic wine. Opening it shortly before serving helps the aromas unfold at their best.
