The Moscato Rosa IGT 'Merus' from Tiefenbrunner is a rosé with a recognisable, approachable profile. In the glass it shows a pale, clear pink. On the nose it offers floral aromas and small red fruits, with subtle mineral hints; on the palate it is light-bodied, with a fresh texture and a pleasant sapidity that makes it easy to drink. The finish is measured and invites another sip without requiring a long wait.

It pairs well with seafood starters, summer salads and vegetable dishes, as well as light fruit-based desserts or not-too-sweet pastries. Recommended serving temperature is cool, around 8–10 °C, to highlight its aromas and lively character. Suitable for informal moments and tables that prefer wines ready to drink; can be stored short-term in cellar conditions if kept stable.
