Pairing Aperitif; light starters, fried freshwater fish, cream cheese
The Muller Thurgau Alto Adige DOC "Merus" from Tiefenbrunner presents a fresh, fragrant profile typical of the variety. In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with slight green reflections. On the nose there are delicate notes of white flowers, green apple and a touch of citrus, accompanied by a light herbal hint that emphasizes freshness. On the palate it is slim and easy-drinking, with lively acidity and a clean finish that favors softness without heaviness. The structure is balanced and immediate, intended for those seeking an everyday, unfussy white.

It works well as an aperitif and pairs easily with seafood starters, salads, delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 8–10°C, in medium-sized glasses to preserve the aromas. Best enjoyed young; stored in a cool, sheltered place it will retain its freshness and aromatic character.
