The Muller Thurgau Riserva «Feldmarschall» from Tiefenbrunner, Alto Adige DOC, presents itself as a white wine of restrained character and concentrated bearing, without expressive excess and with a measured personality. In color it appears bright, with straw reflections; on the nose it tends to show delicate floral notes and scents of white-fleshed fruit and citrus, accompanied by a light mineral hint that recalls the area. The whole is harmonious and clean, without intrusive aromatics and with a fine, linear olfactory profile. It is overall sober and suited to those who prefer elegant, not overly opulent wines.

On the palate it confirms freshness and a saline texture that supports the fruit, with balance between acidity and body; the finish remains dry and pleasantly persistent, suited to those seeking an easy-drinking wine. Recommended with delicate fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, or served as a measured aperitif. Serving temperature around 8–10 °C enhances the clarity of the aromas.
