Elegant and measured, this Napoleon Cognac de Grande Champagne AOC by Daniel Bouju and Folonari presents a refined profile: the warm, enveloping base reveals delicate floral and fruity notes, tinged with honey and a faint vanilla. On the nose a fine, restrained texture emerges, evoking yellow-fleshed fruits and white flowers without ever losing its cohesion; the palate confirms a balance between softness and structure, with a well-integrated touch of wood that supports without weighing it down.

On the palate it is round, with very light tannins and a freshness that keeps the tasting lively; the finish is balanced, leaving fruity echoes and a slightly spicy note on the close. Presented in a 70 cl gift box, it is suitable both for contemplative tastings and as a gift. Serve at room temperature or slightly cool, in a tulip glass; it pairs with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, or as a meditative close after an important meal.
