Immediately pleasing, this 2024 Nascetta from Fratelli Borgogno shows an elegant, measured character: aromas of white flowers, fresh citrus and a subtle mineral note that adds lift and clarity. On the palate it displays a good balance between freshness and sapidity, medium body and a lively texture; tannins are absent and the structure remains smooth, with a persistence that invites another sip without weighing it down. The drinking is direct but supported by a savory undertone that lengthens the finish and makes the wine very versatile.

The wine is intended to be enjoyed relatively young, when its aromatic liveliness is at its peak, but it also pairs well with a varied table: raw seafood, vegetable-based first courses, baked fish and fresh cheeses are all good matches. It also works well as a structured aperitif. Serve cool, around 8-10 °C, in large glasses to capture its aromatic profile. A white of balanced, restrained style, suitable for everyday drinking as well as more attentive convivial occasions.
