Il Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC Rosè Millesimato Brut Metodo Classico della cantina Cuvage è una raffinata espressione di eleganza e tradizione, perfettamente racchiusa in una maestosa bottiglia Magnum, elegante e perfettamente adatta per le grandi occasioni. Realizzato con il metodo classico, questo spumante esibisce tutte le caratteristiche tipiche del Nebbiolo, vitigno di grande prestigio del Piemonte.

Al calice presenta un colore rosa antico brillante, con un perlage fine e persistente che aggiunge un tocco di vivacità visiva. Al naso si affinano delicati aromi di frutti rossi freschi, come fragoline di bosco e lamponi, accompagnati da note di crosta di pane appena sfornata, dovute al lungo affinamento sui lieviti. In bocca, la struttura snella e sapida regala una freschezza straordinaria, ben bilanciata da una piacevole cremosità. Persistente e armonioso, offre un retrogusto gradevole con lievi sentori di mandorla.

Questo spumante risulta ideale come aperitivo, ma si abbina splendidamente anche con antipasti a base di pesce, crostacei e risotti delicati. Winery history
Cuvage was established as a producer of quality sparkling wines based in Acqui Terme; the brand is reported in sources as founded in 2011. Over the years it has pursued a path focused on promoting Piedmontese grapes and, since 2021, has been part of Gruppo Argea, which has supported the expansion of its product initiatives and its international visibility.
Production philosophy
The winery emphasizes the expression of the terroir and meticulous attention to detail: from vineyard work to secondary fermentation in the bottle, the aim is to achieve a balance between the cuvée and the perlage, with a focus on sustainability and social responsibility.
Terroir and vineyards
It operates mainly in the hills of Piedmont and selects grapes sourced from the wine-producing areas of Alto Monferrato and southern Piedmont, with a selected supply chain that includes several of the area's characteristic soil types.
Awards and recognitions
It has received international recognition for several labels: gold and silver medals at international competitions for wines such as Asti DOCG "Acquesi" and other Metodo Classico sparkling wines. The Alta Langa di Cuvage has also been acknowledged in international competitions.
