The Nebbiolo d’Alba DOCG of Valdolmo, produced by the Vite Colte winery, represents an oenological excellence from Piedmont, a region renowned for the cultivation of this famous grape variety. Nebbiolo, known for its complexity and structure, gives rise to a wine with a ruby red color with garnet reflections, indicative of good ripening and aging.

On the nose, intense notes of red fruits emerge, such as cherry and raspberry, accompanied by spicy nuances and light floral sensations of withered rose, typical of Nebbiolo. On the palate, it reveals itself as elegant and harmonious, with firm but well-integrated tannins and a vibrant acidity that enhances its persistence.

The aging, generally carried out in oak barrels, imparts balance and complexity, making this wine an ideal companion for dishes based on red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, thus enhancing the richness of the territory of origin.
