Pairing Red meats, aged cheeses
In the glass it shows a bright, light ruby color that announces an immediate and frank aromatic profile: ripe small red fruits, rose petals and a subtle spicy note. The impression is one of finesse rather than power, with vibrant acidity and well-defined but never aggressive tannins; it drinks dry, supported by good minerality that makes it agile and pleasant even when young. The tannic weave, while perceptible, is silky and well-balanced, integrating with the freshness for a savory and harmonious profile.

On the palate it displays medium body, balance and a persistence that leaves room for fruity echoes and a slight almond note on the finish. It is a Nebbiolo to be served around 16–18 °C, which benefits from brief aeration; it pairs with classic local dishes such as roasted meats, flavorful risottos and aged cheeses, but also holds up well with simpler preparations if you seek elegance without weighing down the table. Choose a large glass and, if possible, a short decanting to capture all its nuances; it also shows a fair aptitude for bottle evolution.
