Feudo Monaci's Negroamaro Rosato Salento IGP shows a delicate, translucent cherry‑pink color. On the nose there are aromas of ripe strawberry and small red fruits, delicate floral nuances and a citrus note that enlivens the profile. On the palate the wine is linear and savory, supported by a crisp freshness that keeps it immediate but not simplistic; the structure is medium-bodied, with barely perceptible tannins that provide balance and a pleasant persistent finish. The acidic tension and sapidity also make it suitable for more aromatic preparations.

It’s a rosé with character, made for company and the table: it pairs easily with light fish dishes, salads with flavorful ingredients, pizzas and not-too-aged cured meats. Served cold, around 10–12°C, it best expresses its vitality and its clean aromatic‑flavor profile. Perfect as a summer aperitif but also capable of supporting an informal meal, it offers relaxed and pleasant drinking without losing finesse. It also pairs well with tomato-based dishes and fresh cheeses.
