Born on the slopes of the Etna volcano, Ammura Nerello Mascalese is a red wine that deeply reflects the character of its territory. Produced entirely with the indigenous Nerello Mascalese grape variety, this Etna Rosso offers a perfect combination of minerality and elegance, the result of vineyards cultivated on volcanic soils rich in ash and lava sand. The aging, usually carried out in oak barrels, gives complexity and silkiness to the palate, while maintaining the typical freshness of this area.

On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries, emerge, accompanied by delicate spicy notes and a light hint of Mediterranean herbs. The structure is balanced, with refined tannins supporting a long finish. Ideal to accompany roasted red meats, aged cheeses, or traditional Sicilian dishes, Ammura represents the essence of the volcano in a bottle, capable of expressing all the strength and complex nature of Etna Rosso.
