Born in the heart of Sicily, the Nero d'Avola/Merlot Salaparuta DOC of Zoe, Az. Vinicola Vaccaro, expresses with balance the solidity of the territory and the winemaking expertise. The blend combines the vigorous and fruity character of Nero d’Avola, a symbolic Sicilian grape variety, with the softness and aromatic complexity of Merlot. The vinification takes place through careful fermentation and aging that enhances the varietal nuances, delivering a wine with an intense ruby color and slight garnet hues.

The aromas open with scents of ripe red fruits, plum, and light spicy notes, while the taste is round, velvety, with harmonious tannins and a freshness that supports the drinking experience. Ideal with grilled red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this Salaparuta DOC tells the story of the authenticity and winemaking richness of its land, blending tradition and modernity.
