This Red Wine, after a long period of 18 months of aging, of which 6 months in wood, has an intense red color with clear violet reflections.
The smells it releases are characterized by delicate balsamic hints of thyme and sage, leaving a finish of licorice, vanilla and a note of cocoa.
The flavor it leaves on the palate is intense and round with a very persistent finish, an important red that can certainly represent Piedmont at its best.
Perfect in combination with Red Meat, Seasoned Cheeses and Game. If you are a lover of full-bodied wines, this is for you during a good dinner.
