Origjnal is the novelty at Lis Neris. The grapes are grown with organic fertilization and integrated phytosanitary defense with the abolition of chemical weeding; it is then carefully selected and harvested by hand in September 2019. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks (20-22 ° C), the maturation is in the same fermentation containers, on the fine deposit for 8 months with frequent bâtonnage and short aging in the bottle .
A wine that has a lively ruby red color in the glass. On the nose the bouquet is exquisitely harmonious and given by aromas of cherry and raspberry well integrated with the wood. On the palate immediately demonstrates a good body and harmonious tannins that ensure a quality and refinement drink. Excellent red wine that on the table goes very well with meat dishes and aged cheeses.
