Pairing Grilled red meats, beef fillet, roasted lamb
The Pichon Reserve Comtesse 2022 from Pauillac shows an intense, clear ruby color that suggests measured concentration. On the nose there are memories of ripe red fruit, light notes of undergrowth and a hint of delicate spices; the whole is restrained and well defined, without excessive aromas. The approach is measured, suitable for those who appreciate wines with a reserved personality and genuine complexity.

On the palate it is consistent with the nose: soft entry, present but polished tannins, balanced acidity and structure that carries the sip to a coherent and pleasant finish. It has good length and an inviting tannic texture. It pairs with grilled red meats, flavorful stews and hard cheeses; served at a moderate temperature, it can benefit from a few minutes of aeration before tasting.
