The Pigato Geva Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC by Durin represents one of the most authentic and sought-after expressions of this grape variety characteristic of Liguria. Set in the magnificent setting of Western Liguria, the Durin winery is committed to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of this region, with special attention to environmental sustainability, as demonstrated by this "No Added Sulfites" version.

The Pigato Geva is distinguished by its straw-yellow color with golden reflections that foretell an immediately recognizable olfactory bouquet. On the nose, it presents intense aromas of peach and apricot, enriched by intriguing notes of aromatic herbs and a light mineral hint that reflects the characteristics of the Ligurian soil. Minimal intervention in the cellar ensures that the wine best expresses the natural qualities of the Pigato grape.

On the palate, the Pigato Geva by Durin reveals a well-balanced structure, supported by a lively freshness that perfectly harmonizes with a moderate fullness and a remarkable taste persistence. Tastes of citrus and peach blend with a light salinity that invites further tasting.

This no added sulfites wine is ideal for those seeking a more natural and less interventionist product. It is excellent to accompany fish dishes or seafood, but also white meats and fresh cheeses. Its uniqueness and purity also make it a perfect protagonist for a refined aperitif.

The respectful approach of the Durin winery towards the environment and their dedication to quality is beautifully reflected in this Pigato Geva Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC, a wine that celebrates the Ligurian land with each sip.
