All Friuli Venezia Giulia wine connoisseurs know how to recognize the delicacy and refinement of the Pinot Bianchi produced in this region. The Pinot Bianco Isonzo of Tenuta Luisa produced in the areas of Mariano del Friuli is no exception. Cold skin maceration is carried out on the white berries of this vine, followed by static settling and 12-day fermentation, to obtain this wine. Before being served, the Pinot Bianco Isonzo is left to rest for 8 months: 6 on noble lees and 2 in the bottle.
The green reflections of this wine break up its straw yellow colour. The sense of smell will immediately perceive its elegant scent of flowers, fruit and aromatic herbs. On the palate, however, it is harmonious and refined.
This wine is ideal to accompany appetizers and fish-based dishes.
