This wine expresses the purity of the Pinot Bianco grape variety, grown on morainic origin soils that provide minerality and freshness. The vinification and aging take place in small oak barriques, giving complexity and delicate spicy notes without overpowering the natural elegance of the fruit. In the glass, it presents a bright straw yellow color and refined aromas of Golden apple, white flowers, and a light hint of almond. The sip is balanced, fresh, and with a pleasant persistence, where softness is accompanied by subtle sapidity.
