The Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC BIO by Wohlgemuth, produced by the renowned Monte Zovo winery, is a white wine that captures the essence of organic viticulture blended with Italian winemaking tradition. This elegant wine comes from the picturesque vineyards located in the Venezie region, famed for its ideal climate that promotes optimal grape ripening.

This Pinot Grigio stands out for its clarity and straw-yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, it offers a delicate yet intensely aromatic bouquet, with notes of white fruit, particularly pear and apple, and floral hints reminiscent of chamomile and white flowers. The organic approach in the cultivation of the grapes lends the wine a refined olfactory purity.

On the palate, it presents a lively freshness, supported by good acidity that highlights its balanced structure and medium-light body. The fruity aromas blend harmoniously with a slight minerality, leading to a clean and persistent finish, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.

This Pinot Grigio is ideal as an aperitif but also pairs wonderfully with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, fresh salads, and poultry-based meals. Its versatility makes it an excellent choice for a variety of social occasions, from informal dinners with friends to more formal events.

Cultivated following rigorous organic standards, this wine not only expresses the quality of the Venezie terroir but also represents a commitment to sustainability and environmental respect. A true gem for wine lovers who appreciate purity and authenticity.
