This wine is made from Pinot Grigio grapes carefully grown in the I Filari vineyards, which benefit from a cool climate and mineral-rich soils, ideal for enhancing the characteristics of this grape variety. The winemaking method involves fermentation at low temperatures, aimed at preserving its delicate aromatic notes.
In the glass it appears pale straw yellow with fresh and fragrant aromas reminiscent of green apple, pear, and floral nuances. On the palate, it stands out for its liveliness and pleasant sapidity, with a harmonious and persistent finish that invites another sip.
