The Pinot Grigio DOC by Kossler is a splendid expression of this widely appreciated grape variety, grown in the lush vineyards that characterize the unique environment of Trentino-Alto Adige. This refined wine captures the essence of the local terroir, offering an aromatically rich bouquet and a balanced structure that makes it versatile and appreciated by a broad audience.

The color is a delicate straw yellow with greenish reflections, a clear indicator of its freshness. On the nose, the Pinot Grigio DOC by Kossler displays an intense olfactory profile: notes of ripe pear, citrus, and floral hints that blend with a slight minerality. These characteristics are the result of careful winemaking, followed by a short maturation in stainless steel that preserves the integrity and purity of the fruits.

On the palate, this wine reveals itself to be elegant and balanced. Its lively acidity harmoniously integrates with a medium-light structure, culminating in a pleasantly persistent aftertaste that invites another sip. Its natural freshness makes it ideal for accompanying light appetizers, dishes based on fish or chicken, and fresh cheeses.

Choosing the Pinot Grigio DOC by Kossler means opting for a wine that best expresses the winemaking tradition of one of Italy's most famous regions, combining quality and the pleasure of tasting. It is suitable both for a special occasion and for a pleasant aperitif in good company.
