The Alto Adige Pinot Noir from Ritterhof shows a refined and measured character. In the glass it presents a light ruby color with bright highlights; the bouquet is composed, with echoes of ripe red fruit, a gentle floral note and a hint of spice that adds complexity without forcing it. On the palate it is supported by fresh acidity and smooth sapidity: the tannins are fine and well integrated, contributing to an elegant and lively profile. There is a discreet aromatic persistence that accompanies the finish.

In the mouth it offers medium body and an easy yet substantial drinkability, where fruit and structure find a pleasant balance. It pairs well with mushroom dishes, white meats and semi-aged cheeses, but also stands up to flavorful risottos and slightly spiced preparations. It is ideal for everyday conviviality but also satisfying on more refined occasions. Serve at around 14-16 °C; a short aeration enhances its aromas without diminishing its freshness.
