The Pinot Nero "Marjun" from Tramin, Alto Adige DOC, presents a discreet balance between freshness and structure. In the glass it shows a clear ruby color and an aromatic profile recalling small red fruits, rose petals and a hint of delicate spice. On the palate it is measured: a slim sip, fine tannins and a saline element that supports the drink, offering a sense of flow and precision without weighing down the palate. Overall it finishes cleanly, with a pleasant, unobtrusive persistence.

It suits those seeking elegance and versatility: it pairs easily with white meats, mildly spiced cured meats, mushroom dishes and fresh cheeses, as well as pasta with moderate sauces. Serve slightly chilled to emphasize freshness and aromatics. Produced by the Tramin estate within the Alto Adige DOC designation, it is suitable for everyday consumption as well as informal occasions, maintaining a sober and recognizable Pinot Nero profile.
