Elegant and measured, the Pinot Nero Trentino DOC Lona Ester expresses a subtle but well-defined profile. In the glass it shows a light ruby color and a bouquet that favors ripe red fruits and floral hints, with light spicy notes that emerge at intervals. It is not an opulent wine: the first impression is one of freshness and lightness, with a refined aromatic weave that invites the sip without pretension. The texture is clean and linear, with a fine saline tension that stimulates another taste.

The palate confirms a lean, flowing manner, fine tannins and good acidity that support the medium body; the finish is pleasant and clean, ideal for those who seek elegance rather than power. It pairs easily with everyday dishes — white meats, mushroom risottos, soft cheeses and delicate cured meats — and should be served slightly cool, around 14 °C, with slight aeration in the glass to open the bouquet. Best enjoyed in its early years for its vivacity, it remains versatile even with more savory preparations.
