Duck, spring lamb, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto |
On the palate it offers a precise progression, with lively acidity and fine tannins that support the sip; the density is medium and the balance leans toward a fresh character. The finish is clean and of good persistence, inviting drinking in cooler seasons or with lighter food pairings. Serving at around 14–16 °C, slightly chilled, is recommended to emphasize freshness and delicate aromatics. It matches well with white meats, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, and selections of charcuterie and soft cheeses.
