Pairing Red meat, game, aged cheeses
This red wine from Sinfarosa is presented as Primitivo di Manduria DOC and also bears the name Zinfandel, an international name associated with Primitivo. The designation identifies a regulated wine category, but the available information does not specify the vintage, exact composition, winemaking or ageing. It is therefore best described by the stated category, without assigning specific characteristics that could vary from bottle to bottle. The product details also provide no tasting notes or alcohol content; for this information, please refer to the bottle label.

In general, Primitivo is a suitable choice for those seeking a red wine to serve with boldly flavoured dishes. It can be paired with grilled meats, roasts, ragù and aged cheeses, depending on personal taste and preparation. For serving, a moderate temperature is a good option; avoid serving it too warm. Opening it in advance is not necessary for every occasion and may depend on the wine’s character and the timing of service. A versatile option for a convivial dinner, also worth considering with rich, savoury dishes.
