Prosecco Bolla Biologico expresses an immediate, unpretentious character: bright straw color and a fine perlage that accompanies fresh aromas of Golden apple, pear and wildflowers, with a citrus note that adds liveliness. The Extra Dry designation is perceived as a slight, elegant softness, balanced by lively acidity and a pleasant sapidity that keeps the sip clean and flowing. The organic signature is noticeable in the natural freshness of the fruit rather than in forced aromas. It is a Prosecco designed for those seeking drinkability and immediacy, suitable for everyday use as well as for the aperitif.

On the palate it is agile, not demanding but of good presence: delicate bubbles lift a light texture, the body is slender and the finish remains fresh and pleasant. It pairs well as an aperitif, with raw seafood, savory salads or light vegetarian dishes; it also works with light fried foods. Excellent for convivial moments and informal toasts, it is best enjoyed served chilled and consumed young. Pouring it into a large wine glass helps to highlight the aromas and maintain the temperature.
