The Prosecco Extra Dry DOC Treviso Miol by Bortolomiol shows a fine, regular perlage and a luminous straw-yellow colour. On the nose it offers a discreet and pleasant profile, with sensations of white flowers, apple and ripe pear and light citrus hints; the aromatic delicacy makes it versatile without being intrusive. On the palate there is a residual sweetness balanced by fresh acidity, with a slim structure, light body and a pleasant persistence that invites further sipping.

It is recommended to serve it well chilled in not too large glasses to appreciate its liveliness and perlage. It is suitable as an aperitif and pairs well with light dishes: seafood starters, grilled fish, summer salads and crustacean-based plates; it can also accompany lightly sweet desserts. It lends itself to convivial moments and informal meals; for storage it is preferable to consume it young to preserve the freshness of the primary natural aromas.
