Peruzzet Casa Roma offers this Prosecco Extra Dry in magnum format: a fresh, bright profile that, from the first sip, reveals fine, lively carbonation supporting a light but well-defined structure. On the nose there are notes of golden apple and ripe pear, accompanied by hints of white flowers and a touch of bread crust; the typical softness of the Extra Dry is balanced by good acidity, leaving a saline, clean sensation. The palate is smooth and immediately pleasing, with a persistence that invites a second glass without weighing you down.

The magnum format enhances the wine in convivial situations: ideal for extended aperitifs, brunches or light evenings, it also pairs well with seafood starters, vegetable fritters and fresh cheeses. Serve chilled, around 6–8 °C, in wide but not too closed glasses to appreciate the fineness of the bubbles. An accessible-style Prosecco, designed to be shared.
