Pairing Aperitifs, light appetizers, fish
Vivacious bubbles and a fine perlage open the sip of this Prosecco Riserva from Marca Trevigiana. In the glass it appears luminous, with straw-yellow reflections; the aromatic profile is frank and immediate, with white flowers, Golden apple and a light citrus note that does not overpower. On the nose there are hints of white peach and a subtle herbal touch that amplify the sensation of freshness. The palate confirms a clean freshness, supported by good acidity and a discreet sapidity that provides balance; the body is contained but enveloping, the drink smooth and well-balanced, with a persistence that leaves fragrant, clean impressions.

When served it shows a personality suited both to aperitif and to not-too-demanding seafood dishes: crudi, shellfish or lightly fried preparations find an excellent match. It also pairs well with fresh cheeses, vegetable appetizers and light first courses with delicate sauces. Perfect for toasts and convivial moments, I would recommend serving it very cold to highlight its liveliness and aromatic profile without masking its natural elegance.

Winery history
Casa Roma is the agricultural estate of the Peruzzetto family, rooted in the Piave region. The company developed around the historic farmhouse known as "Casa Roma" and has progressively promoted local grape varieties, particularly Raboso, alongside international plantings. Public information indicates it is family-run and has a long-standing presence in San Polo di Piave.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to strike a balance between tradition and experimentation: preserving and promoting the indigenous grape varieties of the Marca Trevigiana, while introducing sustainability-focused agricultural practices and experimenting with resistant and international grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vini del Piave area, between the hills of Conegliano and the plain between Treviso and Venice. The soils, characterized by stony ground along the Piave valley, favor, among others, the cultivation of Glera for Prosecco and Raboso for local wines.
