Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, fish
Light and bright, Casa Roma's Prosecco Rosé Brut DOC shows a fine perlage that enlivens the glass and a fragrance of white flowers and small red fruits. On the palate it is slender and well balanced: the acidity is lively but never aggressive, the structure is elegant and the sapidity provides lift; you can also sense subtle citrus zest and a creaminess from the bubbles that softens the palate. The finish is clean and of good persistence, with a fresh, easy-flowing character that makes it very drinkable.

It lends itself naturally to aperitifs and pairs with seafood starters, sushi, carpaccios and rich salads; it also stands up well to shellfish dishes and risottos with restrained savoriness. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, in not-too-wide glasses to preserve the bubbles and delicate floral notes. It is ideal for informal toasts, summer lunches and any occasion when you seek freshness without giving up a measured aromatic character.

Winery history
Casa Roma is the agricultural estate of the Peruzzetto family, rooted in the Piave region. The company developed around the historic farmhouse known as "Casa Roma" and has progressively promoted local grape varieties, particularly Raboso, alongside international plantings. Public information indicates it is family-run and has a long-standing presence in San Polo di Piave.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to strike a balance between tradition and experimentation: preserving and promoting the indigenous grape varieties of the Marca Trevigiana, while introducing sustainability-focused agricultural practices and experimenting with resistant and international grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vini del Piave area, between the hills of Conegliano and the plain between Treviso and Venice. The soils, characterized by stony ground along the Piave valley, favor, among others, the cultivation of Glera for Prosecco and Raboso for local wines.
