In the glass it shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine, persistent mousse that promises an immediate and pleasant sip. The olfactory profile is elegant and linear: white flowers, green apple and citrus hints intertwine with light notes of bread crust, never becoming intrusive.

On the palate it is fresh and lively, with delicate bubbles supporting a sapid texture and a well-balanced interplay between softness and acidity, making the sip smooth and pleasantly persistent. It lends itself naturally to aperitivo but also holds up to not-too-structured fish dishes, composed salads and fresh cheeses; ideal for accompanying convivial moments without weighing them down. Serve chilled, around 6-8 °C, to bring out its aromatic verve and freshness. It is a vintage that maintains a refined and contemporary style, suitable for those seeking a terroir-driven Prosecco that is light but far from ordinary.

Winery history
The Folonari family has deep roots in the Brescia area and has been involved in wine production since the late 18th century. At the end of the 19th century the headquarters were moved to Brescia, and in the early 20th century the family acquired the historic Ruffino winery. In the 1960s Nino Folonari began a shift toward quality with the acquisition of estates in Chianti. In 2000 Ambrogio and Giovanni Folonari established Ambrogio e Giovanni Folonari Tenute, which brings together several estates in Tuscany, while the Folonari brand offers an extensive range of table wines and appellation wines.
Production philosophy
Enhance the production areas, combine tradition and innovation, and focus on grape quality to produce wines that are distinctive and closely tied to their territory; the company's plan includes investments in the estates and attention to the diversity of terroirs.
Terroir and vineyards
Headquarters and estates are mainly in Tuscany, with production and a presence also in north-eastern regions such as Veneto and in areas like the Collio; the company’s history begins in the Bresciano and includes references to territories around Lake Garda and beyond.
