This Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut from La Tordera winery is a true example of excellence in the production of Italian sparkling wines. Presented in a prestigious wooden case, the 9-liter format is ideal for celebrating special occasions, offering a unique sharing experience.

The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut is distinguished by its delicacy and fine, persistent bubbles. With a pale straw yellow color, it presents a refined perlage and an evanescent foam that invites a first sip. On the nose, it opens with fresh notes of green apple and citrus, followed by floral nuances of wisteria and acacia, giving this sparkling wine an intriguing and inviting aromatic profile.

On the palate, the liveliness of the acidity is perfectly balanced by a medium body and softness, creating a harmony that lingers in the aftertaste. This Brut Prosecco is produced following the Charmat method, ensuring the freshness and varietal characteristics of the Glera grape, typical of this area in Veneto. Careful processing and strict selection of the grapes allow for a superior level of quality.

Ideally served between 6 and 8 degrees Celsius, the Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG Brut from La Tordera is perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, fish, or seafood dishes. This wine is not only a pleasure for the palate but also a symbol of festivity and precious moments to be shared.
