The grapes of Verdiso and Glera, carefully selected during the harvest, are harvested manually in the vineyard that was owned by Cavalier Tittoni. The cultivated vines are about 80 years old and grow on soils rich in limestone. The vinification includes the second fermentation which is carried out in an autoclave, as per tradition, with rest on the lees for a period of at least 3 months, in compliance with the long Charmat method. The bottling of the wine is done with reduced quantities of sulfur dioxide.

Tittoni shows a straw yellow color with golden reflections and a fine perlage. On the nose it gives a bouquet ripe and intense, punctuated by fruity aromas of yellow apple and plum that open to balsamic and spicy scents, and a background of nuances floral. The sip reveals a noble structure and a perfect gustatory balance.

It is perfect with spicy and piquant dishes from oriental cuisine.
