Quorum Prosecco Extra Dry by Perlage, from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG area, is a sparkling wine with a fresh, balanced character. It shows a pale straw color; the perlage is fine and lively, supported by good acidity that makes the sip smooth. On the nose there are fruity and floral notes of moderate intensity, without pronounced dominance, while the palate is soft with notable drinkability and a clean, pleasant finish. The alcohol level and residual sugar typical of the Extra Dry style contribute to an overall harmonious balance.

Serve chilled, preferably in wide sparkling wine glasses to appreciate the perlage and aromatic expression. It suits as an aperitif and pairs with starters, fish dishes, shellfish and light preparations; it is also versatile for informal occasions. Also ideal for those seeking a balanced, ready-to-drink sparkling wine. Store in a cool, dark place; once opened, consume within a few days to maintain freshness.
