Produced in limited quantities with artisanal care, it favors balance and drinkability over heavy extraction or invasive techniques. In the glass it displays a straw-yellow color with green highlights; on the nose it offers aromas of white flowers, green apple and Mediterranean herbs, with a subtle mineral note that contributes to overall freshness.
