Ravera Barolo DOCG - La Bioca comes from one of the most renowned crus of Piedmont, in the heart of the Asti Langa. This wine is made exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes, the area's flagship variety, which here expresses its utmost territorial elegance. The aging takes place in oak barrels, where the Barolo develops complexity and structure, maintaining a vibrant freshness typical of the Verduno terroir.

In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, which fades towards garnet tones with aging. On the nose, refined aromas of withered roses, ripe cherries, tobacco, and delicate spices emerge. On the palate, it is enveloping, with well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity that grants a long gustatory persistence, typical of the denomination.

Recommended paired with red meat dishes, mushrooms, and aged cheeses, Ravera Barolo DOCG La Bioca is an authentic expression of the territory that tells the tradition and the Piedmontese winemaking passion.
