The Organic Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Giulietta" from Podere dell'Angelo is an authentic and refined expression of the Romagna territory. This white wine is made from the Rebola grape variety, also known as Grechetto Gentile, which is cultivated using organic farming methods. This demonstrates the winery's commitment to sustainability and environmental respect.

The color of Rebola "Giulietta" is a delicate straw yellow, with greenish highlights that hint at its freshness. On the nose, it opens with an intriguing bouquet: floral notes of hawthorn and acacia blend with hints of fresh fruit such as green apple and white peach, enriched by a light mineral touch.

On the palate, the wine shows a perfect harmony between acidity and structure. The liveliness of the Rebola is balanced by a pleasing softness, leading to a finish of good persistence, clean and refreshing. Its elegance makes it ideal for serving as an aperitif or paired with light dishes, such as seafood appetizers, vegetarian dishes, or fresh cheeses.

Producing this wine in compliance with organic standards tells not just of a choice, but a philosophy that Podere dell'Angelo pursues with passion: a commitment to preserving the environment and ensuring its consumers receive products of the highest quality, genuine expressions of the terroir from which they originate. The adoption of sustainable practices is clearly reflected in the purity and authenticity of this wine, making the Organic Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Giulietta" an excellent choice for lovers of natural and characterful wines.
