The Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Libera" from the I Muretti winery is a true expression of the Rimini area. This wine is made exclusively with Rebola grapes, a native variety that adapts perfectly to the mild climate and clayey soil of the region, giving the wine a distinct freshness and vivacity.

The Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Libera" has a light straw yellow color, with hints that lean towards green. On the nose, it offers an intense and complex aromatic bouquet, characterized by floral notes of hawthorn and fruity aromas such as green apple and white peach, enriched by a subtle mineral nuance.

On the palate, this wine is fresh and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that supports its structure. The aromatic persistence is remarkable and ends with a clean and refreshing aftertaste. It is a wine that enhances refined simplicity, ideal for accompanying light appetizers, dishes based on fish or vegetables.

The winemaking process is carried out with great attention to preserving the varietal characteristics and the purity of the fruit. The grapes are handpicked and undergo a gentle pressing, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel containers, to preserve the aroma and freshness of the variety.

For those seeking a wine that embodies the freshness and elegance of the Romagna region, the Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC "Libera" from I Muretti is an excellent choice, promising to bring a breath of fresh air with every sip.

A farm and agritourism estate in Montescudo-Monte Colombo (Rimini) producing artisan wines and operating a shop, restaurant and guest rooms, with attention to respectful agricultural practices and spontaneous fermentations.
Region: Emilia-Romagna
Country: Italia
Grapes: Sangiovese, Rebola (Grechetto gentile), Famoso, Trebbiano
Produced using spontaneous fermentations and non-chemical agricultural practices. Located in Valconca, with a strong territorial identity linked to the Adriatic Sea. Multifunctional estate: wines, agritourism, restaurant and farm shop. Distinctive wine ranges: Complice and Lulone, Libera and Almadira.
Winery history
Family-run, the estate began as a small farm and agritourism business. The founding partners have gradually developed the wine production while maintaining simple, hands-on methods, from hand-harvested grapes to winemaking using traditional, natural techniques.
Production philosophy
Respectful cultivation of soil and vines, hand harvesting, spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, and the use of technology only when necessary: the aim is to let the wines express vintage, terroir and time.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the hills of Valconca, on moderately clayey soils, and are strongly influenced by the nearby Adriatic Sea, which shapes the wines' aromatic profile.
