This agricole rhum stands out for its production which follows traditional methods, using only fresh sugarcane juice, unlike other rums which are produced from molasses.
The aging process takes place in French oak barrels previously used for cognac, which gives the Rhum JM Tres Vieux XO a truly unique complexity and depth of aromas. With an aging period exceeding six years, this rhum displays a dark, seductive amber color.
